Chapman Lake was purchased in 2008 by the Associates of Chapman Lake, Inc. It is a small, privately owned body of water which is enjoyed by its residents year-round. The lake is approximately 100 acres in size, and due to its elevation can be breezy and cool, an escape from city heat. Permission to use the lake for recreational purposes is granted based on resident eligibility, payment of annual fees, and adherence to policies.
Please note:
Associates at Chapman Lake Inc. does not rent summer homes and
cannot provide referral information to those looking for a summer rental.
Policies concerning the lake were implemented to avoid confusion and promote a safe environment. They are subject to change without notice; please refer to this site for current versions.
